Friends In Need Food Bank Donation

We’ve bee working and volunteering with the Friends In Need Food Bank for many, many years. It’s an absolutely amazing organization that does so much for so many in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Great volunteers and amazing leadership.

FIN Food Bank provides food for kids with the their amazing “School Meal Program” that serves every elementary and high school in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. THey also run a lot of other programs for seniors, new borns, shut ins, and the list goes on. There aren’t many in our community that aren’t touched by this wonderful organization.

This time around we were happy to donate a bunch of baby items we found in a storage locker we cleaned out. All items were new and unopened.

After our previously booked junk hauler showed up 3 hours late and said they couldn't do the job for another 4 days, I called Two Guys on a Sunday afternoon and spoke to Brian. I knew my request was unreasonable: we needed a whole house and garage emptied by Tuesday. Amazingly, Brian met me at the house 30 minutes later and said they could do the whole job on Monday. It took two 40-yard bins but Brian and his team had the house empty by Monday afternoon! Brian was great to work with and I will not consider going anywhere else for our future junk hauling needs. Oh, and we saved at least $1500 going with Two Guys.

Spoke to Anthony about a small amount of broken up concrete I needed removed. He did some searching for the best solution for both of us. They arrived on time and within ten or fifteen minutes the job was done. I would recommend this company to do or just have a opportunity to do a job. Very impressed.

We rented a 30 yard bin from them, they were clear and responsive. The bin was placed when wife & I wasn't home. Due to our back alley was the end of the alley, the bin door wouldn't open up all the way. I called and wanted them to come move the bin and they came to move it the day after. The price was lower than our expectation. They're a good business to work with. Would recommend!

We contacted them to pick up some wood and misc items. They were able to provide a quote based on the pictures I texted them, super responsive and easy to deal with. Pricing was fair. On the day of the pickup, they even swept up the place where we put the pile of wood. I would definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend.
